Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the refund process for subscriptions made through the minuto.gg mobile application ("App"), provided by Ivan Harašta, IČO (09388354) ("Company").

1. Free Tier

1.1. The App is free to use until you create 100 tasks. Users can enjoy full access to all features during this period. Once the 100-task limit is reached, users must choose one of our premium plans to continue benefiting from our services.

2. Subscription Refunds

2.1. Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions: Users who have subscribed to the monthly or yearly subscription plan may request a refund within 14 days of their initial subscription payment. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period.

2.2. Lifetime Subscription: Users who have purchased the lifetime subscription plan are not eligible for refunds after the 14 days period after their initial subscription payment, as they gain permanent access to the App's services.

3. Refund Process

3.1. To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team at ivan@harasta.dev. Refund requests must include the user's name, email address, and a description of the reason for the refund request.

3.2. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions

4.1. The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent activity.
